Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Hudson Paint Contracting has a New Jersey home improvement contracting license and we are covered with residential and commercial accidental insurance. Our employees are covered under workman’s compensation insurance.
What is your coverage area?

How do you provide estimates?
We will come to your home or place of business to evaluate your project and provide you a consultation and estimate.
Are materials included in estimates?
Yes. All materials are included in estimates unless there is an agreement where the customer purchases materials on their own.
How do we pick the colors for our painting project?
When you decide to move forward with Hudson for your project, we will then sit down with you to provide a full-color consultation.
When is the best time to paint the exterior of my house?
Here in the Northeast, ideal weather for exterior painting is from late Spring to early Fall when outside temperatures range from 55 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Do you have references?
Yes. References can be provided upon request. We will provide a reference based on similar projects.
What kind of paint do you use?
We primarily use professional paint products by Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams
Do I need to remove all items from the rooms that will be painted?
All smaller items should be removed from a room including anything hanging on walls & delicates that sit on top of furniture. We will move furniture around as necessary and ensure everything is properly covered before any prep or paint work begins.
